What am I passionate about, and how do I use my voice/talent to make a difference?

I’m passionate about helping business leaders break through barriers—especially those who require the corporate support systems that larger firms enjoy. As a certified ActionCOACH and Process-Excellence Facilitator with an MBA, I empower entrepreneurs and founders to discover and apply their strengths, drive cultural transformation, and implement proven growth strategies. My voice comes alive in coaching sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, where I encourage clients to think differently, act decisively, and align their actions with long-term vision.

What is your vision for the future of Siouxland?

I envision Siouxland as a central hub where entrepreneurial spirit thrives, businesses collaborate, and leaders embrace growth-minded people and cultures. I want this to be a place where local businesses are more than shops—they are the catalysts for community, innovation, and meaningful change.

What are you doing to make that happen?

I lead and facilitate business events in Sioux City—workshops where entrepreneurs craft actionable plans to accelerate business growth and alignment. I also address civic and business groups, such as Rotary Clubs, on common leadership challenges and practical solutions. My daily efforts include one-on-one coaching sessions, designing team-training programs, and instilling accountability and clarity in local organizations. Implementing business operating systems that enable business owners to use their business as a vehicle to accomplish their dreams is the ultimate goal to create the city we need.
