The Leadership Siouxland program provides an opportunity for participants to learn more about themselves, be exposed to professionals from all lines of business, enhance their leadership skills, discover places and opportunities in Siouxland, gain confidence and knowledge, and find ways to become involved and make positive differences in our community. This year’s 9-month curriculum included sessions on Gallup Strength Finder, Change Cycle Management, IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access/Accessibility), Economic Development, Self-Care as a Leader, and a flight with the 185th Refueling Wing.
Applications are now being accepted for the upcoming 2022- 2023 class, which runs from September 2022 to May 2023. To learn more, reach out to any one of the 36 new graduates eager to tell you about the program and its difference in their careers and lives.
By Peggy Smith, the Executive Director of Leadership Siouxland, and honored to have this opportunity to help develop leaders that positively shape our community. She is accepting applications for the 2022 – 2023 class and welcomes you to explore this opportunity.
