The Siouxland Chamber of Commerce is proud to host its 39th Annual Dinner on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the Cybersecurity Trailblazer to Headline Siouxland Chamber’s 39th Annual Dinner at the Sioux City Convention Center.
This year’s keynote address will be delivered by General Paul M. Nakasone, one of the nation’s foremost experts in cybersecurity and intelligence. General Nakasone most recently served as Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and Director of the National Security Agency—a dual role he held from 2018 until his retirement in early 2024. Under his leadership, the United States strengthened its posture against digital threats, established new standards for cyber defense, and developed innovative strategies to protect national security in an increasingly digital world.
With decades of military and intelligence experience, General Nakasone will bring a timely and thought-provoking message to the Siouxland audience. His insights into leadership, technology, and the future of cybersecurity are especially relevant for today’s business community, where digital innovation and risk management often go hand in hand.

The Chamber will also recognize its 2024 Ambassador of the Year, celebrating volunteer leadership.
The evening includes a formal dinner, time for networking, and a celebration of the Chamber’s milestones over the past year, as well as a look at the year ahead.
